Ken Su is a Deal Advisory partner based in Vancouver with 25 years of experience helping clients with sourcing opportunities, securing investment, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, negotiating deal terms, closing transactions, and post-deal price adjustments.

He has advised clients on deals covering over 75 countries with combined value over $125 billion, working with private owner managed businesses, publicly listed companies, state owned enterprises, private equity/venture capital/sovereign wealth funds, and family offices.

His industry experience spans most sectors with particular depth in Mining / Oil & Gas, Technology & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Financial Services.

Ken spent 12 years in China where he was a pioneer in the area of advising Chinese companies investing overseas and oversaw Advisory services for Multinational clients entering/operating in China. He also has significant experience with many Asia Pacific territories having helped negotiate deals for Canadian companies entering Asia and Asian companies doing business in North America.

Ken is a fully qualified CPA-CA (Canada), CPA (USA), and CFA (International). Ken speaks Mandarin and English fluently and has extensive experience in facilitating negotiations while bridging any English-Chinese gaps between counterparties.
