Finding success through massive mistakes

  • Dates: 26 – 26 Sep, 2019
  • Address: 375 Water Street
  • Email: msmigel@reliance.ca

Reliance Insurance and Rise CPA are inviting you to this fun-filled event to present industry leaders who will share with you their biggest failures and massive mistakes. Yes, failures not successes!

“If you‘re afraid of failure you won‘t get very far.” -Steve Jobs

Fuckup Nights is a global movement and event series that shares stories of professional failure. Each month, in events across the globe, three people share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all. Because as Bill Gates said, “It‘s fine to celebrate success but it‘s much more important to heed the lessons of failure.”

Speakers

Arthur Griffiths:  Join us to learn about the rise and fall of the man who once owned both the Vancouver Canucks and the Vancouver Grizzlies.

Mike Wilson:  He’ll tell us how one night, 4 interns in rooster costumes, 20 free drinks, and one Kanye moment on national television nearly undid all of that.

Moderator

Erin Skillen: Erin is a social impact startup COO/Co-Founder, writer and mom trying to lift others, make them laugh and make the world a better place.
